This automatic paper machine is designed for laminating color printing paper with corrugated paper. It processes continuous paper rolls with unique pre-regulation to ensure the bottom paper remains within operational parameters.
■ Computerized Intelligence. The machine utilizes six servo motors, and all operating data is stored in a microcomputer. This not only improves work efficiency, reduces employee workload, and reduces manual adjustment time and error rates, but also strengthens quality control for processed products.
■ High Speed: Computerized high-speed laminating, capable of laminating up to 15,000 sheets per hour (400mm paper).
■ Gluing Device: High-precision coating and conveying, equipped with automatic liquid level control for the paper and glue roller mechanism, ensures high-speed operation without glue overflow, and can also adjust glue reflow.
■ Force Gauge Sensor Compensation Counter Device: A self-developed force gauge platform corrects face paper skew. Multiple sets of sensors sense the forward position of the face paper and backing paper, allowing the servo motors on both sides of the paper to independently drive and compensate for the alignment of the upper and lower sheets, achieving a precise and smooth laminating accuracy of ±1.0.
■ Electrical System: Designed in accordance with European CE standards, this ensures stable, efficient, and trouble-free laminating. Leading edge feeding is mechanism better for 3, 5 and 7 layers corrugated cardboard. Mainly suitable for the thickness board. Working speed will be more highly and smoothly and quickly.

Positioning Unit

The fitting of tile paper and surface paper adopts photoelectric detection, detects the relative position of the paper, calculates the error,and the motion controller controls the servo motor to correct the deviation.The performance is stable, the servo tracking, the paper framing accuracy is high,and the real intelligent bias correction is realized.
Gluing Unit

The glue coating part is coated with a mesh roller, which is evenly coated with glue, which saves glue and is more stable.The lower roller is cleaned by a water roller.
Pulling Unit

The surface paper adopts a self-developed motion bias correction device, servo automatic positioning,which improves the stability of the surface paper and the accuracy of the frame. Even if the error of the left and right of the surface paper is within 20mm, it can be ensured that the left and right error of the surface paper is within0.5mm through this device, which improves work efficiency.
Transmission Unit
